2. Scope
These terms apply to the sale of SIP panels, kit buildings, and related products supplied by UltraSIPS Ltd (Products). We supply materials only. Any installation or services are excluded unless agreed in writing.
3. Quotations, orders, and specification
- A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Your order is accepted when we issue a written order confirmation.
- All drawings, renders, and 3D previews are illustrative only and not to scale.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, loads, and site measurements you provide.
- Changes after confirmation may require re-quotation, revised lead time, and additional costs.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in GBP and exclude delivery, crane or HIAB, and unloading unless stated.
- Payment is 100% in advance. We may pause production or cancel if payment is not received.
- Title to the Products passes only after full cleared payment.
5. Lead times and delivery
- Lead times are estimates and provided on a best-endeavours basis.
- Delivery dates may change due to material availability, production capacity, or events outside our control.
- You must provide safe, clear access and suitable unloading arrangements. Additional costs may apply if access is restricted or waiting time is incurred.
- Risk passes to you on delivery.
- You must inspect the Products on delivery and note any visible damage or shortages on the delivery note. Claims for transit damage or shortages must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Storage and handling
- You are responsible for storing and handling the Products in accordance with our guidance.
- Damage caused by improper storage, handling, weather exposure, or site conditions is not covered.
7. Cancellations and returns
- Most Products are made to order or bespoke. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned except where required by law.
- If you are a consumer and the Products are not made to your specification, you have a right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, return unused Products, and receive a refund. Return costs are your responsibility unless the Products are faulty.
8. Warranty
- We provide a 25 year warranty on SIP panels against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- The warranty does not cover damage occurring after delivery, improper storage, incorrect installation, moisture ingress, structural movement, misuse, alteration, or failure to follow our guidance.
- Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Products at our option.
9. Planning, building regulations, and installation
- You are responsible for planning permission, building regulations approval, structural engineering, foundations, groundworks, and installation.
- Any guidance or examples provided by us are general and do not constitute professional advice.
10. Liability
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- If you are a business, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Products that are the subject of the claim.
- If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms.
11. Intellectual property
All drawings, specifications, and materials we provide remain our intellectual property and may not be used or shared without our consent.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
