Details

122mm PIR splines provide a tight, insulated joint between SIP panels. They maintain thermal continuity and simplify on‑site assembly. Supplied as lengths to cut to size.
Our product proudly features Sterling OSB3, known for its exceptional structural strength and superior water resistance. We've paired it with Celotex or an equivalent, leading in thermal insulation with the best lambda U value available, complete with dual foil facers that double as a vapor barrier, simplifying your build by eliminating the need for extra barriers. Each board is meticulously bonded with a robust two-part PU glue, ensuring uniform strength and durability. Crafted with precision under 120 tonnes of pressure, our boards boast an impressively low tolerance of just 1 to 2mm.
