This drawing fee package is for customers planning a SIP house extension who need the layout, openings and SIP package details drawn up before moving further with a quote or manufacture.
Choose the package size that best matches the project. If you are unsure whether your extension is small or large, send us the drawings or sketch first and we can confirm the right option before you order.
Small extension package
- Best for straightforward smaller extensions with a simple footprint.
- Suitable where the SIP walls and roof/floor scope is clear and the number of openings is limited.
- Good for customers who need a clean technical drawing pack before finalising the SIP package.
Large extension package
- For larger extensions, more complex layouts, multiple rooms, or additional opening/detail work.
- Suitable where there are more wall runs, roof details, internal interfaces or drawing assumptions to confirm.
- Allows more drawing time before the SIP kit is priced and prepared for manufacture.
