Delivery and logistics
SIP panel delivery, quoted against the real load.
Delivery is calculated from the postcode, panel sizes, shipment weight and vehicle fit. Collection is free, and customer offloading must be arranged unless assistance has been agreed with us first.
How it is priced
No guesswork on delivery.
SIP packages can vary massively in size and weight. A small panel order may fit in a van, while a full kit may need a larger curtainsider. We quote delivery from the actual shipment so you know what is being allowed for.
Postcode
Delivery is quoted from the exact delivery postcode, not a flat national guess.
Load size
Panel count, largest panel size, timber length and total weight affect the vehicle required.
Vehicle fit
We match the load to the right van, Luton, rigid or curtainsider so the quote reflects the real shipment.

UK mainland
Quoted by postcode, shipment size and vehicle fit for SIP panels, splines, timber packs and made-to-order SIP kits.
Scotland and Highlands
Available, with pricing based on the full journey and vehicle required for the load.
Northern Ireland
Available, but normally higher cost than mainland delivery and always quoted against the exact shipment.
What to expect before dispatch
- ✓Stock SIP panels and standard components are usually available for UK delivery in 5-10 working days.
- ✓Custom builds and made-to-order SIP kits have a separate lead time confirmed with the order.
- ✓Collection is available from UltraSIPs, Unit 6, Peninsula Business Park, Reeds Lane, CH46 1DW.
- ✓Northern Ireland delivery is available and quoted separately because the shipment normally costs more than standard mainland delivery.
Important on site
Offloading is not automatic.
SIP panels are large, and some orders need several people or lifting equipment. Please check access and offloading before the delivery vehicle arrives.
Make sure someone is on site to receive the delivery.
Prepare a dry, level storage area before the vehicle arrives.
Arrange enough labour or suitable lifting equipment for the panels being delivered.
HIAB, Moffett, forklift or driver-assisted unloading is not supplied as standard unless agreed with UltraSIPs in writing before dispatch.
If anything arrives visibly damaged, sign the consignment as damaged and send photos to [email protected] as soon as possible.
