UK Mainland Delivery
SIP Panels & Splines
- Stock SIP panels and standard components are typically delivered within 5-10 working days
- Delivered on suitable vans, Lutons, or larger curtainsider/rigid vehicles depending on load size
- Custom builds, bespoke kits, and made-to-order packages have their own lead time, confirmed when you order or in advance if you ask us first
- Delivery unloading is handled by the client. Please arrange suitable labour or lifting equipment before the vehicle arrives
- HIAB, Moffett, forklift, or driver-assisted unloading is not supplied as standard. Contact us before ordering if you need assistance
Garden Room Kits
- Garden room kits, custom layouts, and bespoke packages are supplied to a lead time confirmed at order stage
- Garden room SIP shell kits include the listed panels/components only. Floors, glazing, cladding, and installation are separate unless stated
- Full assembly instructions provided
- If you need a lead time before ordering, message us and we will confirm it for your build

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Standard delivery charges apply based on order size and location.
Scotland & Highlands
Delivery available to Scottish Highlands and Islands. Additional charges may apply - contact us for a quote.
Important Information
Before Delivery
- Ensure adequate access for delivery vehicles (minimum 3m width)
- Prepare a dry, level storage area for materials
- Someone must be present to accept the delivery
- Suitable unloading is the customer's responsibility unless written offload assistance has been agreed
- Check materials upon delivery and report any damage immediately
