Delivery is one of the parts of a SIP project that can slow things down. Larger panels, heavier loads and different vehicle requirements mean that transport is not always as simple as a standard parcel quote. Previously, some customers had to wait while a manual delivery price was checked and confirmed.
By integrating Send It Direct into our website, checkout and configurator, we can now request delivery prices directly through their system and show customers a quote much faster. For suitable orders, this means instant delivery pricing while you are building your quote or checking out.

Send It Direct provides a UK B2B courier service with technology-led routing, timed delivery options and specialist delivery support for larger or more sensitive shipments. What you see is what you pay
When the delivery quote is returned through the website or configurator and you proceed with the order, the price shown is the delivery price we use for that order.
There are sensible exceptions. Delivery pricing remains subject to accurate order details, route and vehicle availability, site access, courier restrictions, weather, road disruption, force majeure events and any changes made after the quote is produced. If the delivery information changes, the quote may need to be checked again.
Custom SIP builds still have a lead time
This update improves the delivery quoting process. It does not remove the manufacturing lead time for custom SIP orders.
Stock products and standard items may be available sooner, but custom builds still need to be reviewed, planned, manufactured and prepared before they are ready for dispatch. We will confirm the expected lead time when the order is placed, or earlier if you speak to us before ordering.
