Garden room kit specification

This garden room kit includes 122mm SIP panels for the walls and roof only, plus splines, fixings, and waterproofing membrane. The floor is sold separately if needed. SIP thicknesses can be changed before ordering.

Details

Have a design in mind? Even a rough sketch is enough for us to turn into detailed 3D technical drawings ready for manufacture. If you go on to order your kit from UltraSIPS, the drawing fee will be deducted from your final invoice. We also include two rounds of amendments free of charge, which can cover changes such as window and door positions or sizes, wall dimensions, roof adjustments, openings, and other general layout refinements. Any further alterations beyond this are charged at an hourly rate.
