If you go on to order your kit from UltraSIPS, the drawing fee will be deducted from your final invoice. We also include two rounds of amendments free of charge, which can cover changes such as window and door positions or sizes, wall dimensions, roof adjustments, openings, and other general layout refinements. Any further alterations beyond this are charged at an hourly rate.
